Registration
Lesson Location
- Lessons are conducted at a location mutually convenient for both teacher and student.
- Please discuss pricing with your instructor prior to booking.
- Please book lessons directly with your teacher via text or email.
- Once you book a lesson, you have reserved your teacher's time from others. It can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 36 hours before the lesson for a makeup lesson, but it cannot be refunded. Makeups must be completed within 90 days.
- Only online cancellations in your MyMusicStaff account are accepted. When you cancel online, there will be an area to notify your teacher of the reason for your cancellation.
- All lessons are pre-paid. You will be billed based upon upcoming lessons you book with your instructor. You may be billed up to one month in advance, but weekly invoices are also possible. Your online schedule automatically generates your invoices and bills your credit card or bank account on file.
- Billing Problems
- If you suspect there is an issue with your billing, please first check your schedule online, your account online, and discuss the calendar with your teacher. As mentioned above, the lessons placed onto the calendar are what charges your account. If mistakes were made on the calendar, only your teacher can fix that. A common error is a cancelled lesson that was not notated properly.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- Late Payments
- Late payments most often happen in cases of expired cards or declined transactions. Please make sure the billing method of file is consistently up-to-date. If we charge your account and the transaction is declined, you will be automatically charged a $50 late-payment fee for each occurrence.
- Payment Methods
- We accept credit cards (+ 3.5% convenience fee) and ACH (no fee). You will be asked to put a credit card on file to complete this form and registration fee, however, if you prefer to pay via a bank account moving forward you may change your preferred account later by logging into your account and then clicking your preferences at the upper right hand side of the screen near your name. You bank determines when it approves to connection with our software. We have seen anywhere from a one week to one month wait. We have no control over this process so please contact your bank directly for more information
